We are thrilled to return to an in-person conference this year. For everyone’s protection, in consultation with our medical advisors and the Board, NEST has set out the Covid Policy below. You will be asked to indicate agreement to follow this policy as part of registration.

Required:

• Up to date vaccinations, barring medical complications.
• Negative rapid test within 24 hours of arrival.
• Masks if requested by workshop leaders and performers.
• Do not attend the conference if you are symptomatic, have a fever, or are otherwise ill even with a negative test. Contact us for refunds. We will be as flexible as possible.

Suggested:

• Masks are strongly suggested throughout the conference. Please bring masks with you to the conference.
• We strongly encourage that you bring rapid tests with you and test daily.

Restrictions may be added closer to the conference.

• We will be eating communal meals (Sat and Sun breakfast, and Sat lunch). You are welcome to get food and bring it back to your room if you prefer. Servers will be masked.
