Conference Background
Sharing the Fire, Northeast Storytelling Conference & Festival is the oldest and longest continually running regional storytelling conference in the Northeast. Northeast Storytelling (fka LANES) has held this conference annually since the early 1980’s. This year’s theme is “Storyteller, Story Worker” and features award-winning storyteller, educator and author, Sherry Norfolk.
