Sharing the Fire Conference Preregistration Deadline and Cancellation/Refund Policies Member Early Bird Registration The deadline for early bird registration is March 31, 2021 Regular registration rates apply beginning April 1, 2021. Cancellation/Refund Policies Conference Registration Conference registrants cancelling their registration on or before May 1, 2021 will receive a refund of the conference registration fee, less a $25 administrative fee. Conference registrants cancelling their registration after May 2, 2021 will receive a refund of the conference registration fee, less a $25 administrative fee and the cost of any non-refundable hotel expenses such as meals. Friday Intensives For those registered for the Friday intensives only, cancellations will be refunded less a $15 administrative fee. Individual Event Tickets No refunds will be offered for individual ticket sales unless the event is cancelled by Northeast Storytelling, Inc. Please Note: Requests for cancellation must be emailed to Deb Roe at nestorytelling@gmail.com Event Cancellation or Postponement Northeast Storytelling, Inc. reserves the right to cancel an event due to low enrollment, inclement weather or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable. Should the Sharing the Fire Conference 2021 be cancelled or postponed due to unforeseen circumstances, Northeast Storytelling, Inc. will endeavor to process a full refund of registration fees within 60 days of such circumstances becoming known. |
